I think everyone in the band felt really good about our first show after the summer break on Saturday. I realize though that I must be out of show shape. Two days later and my neck is still super stiff. I must have been really bopping around with my head or something. Anybody know any good neck-strengthening exercises?

Just do a google search, and you’ll probably find some good ones. Example:

Alternatively, you could just “bop around with your head” during all your practice sessions, and then your neck will be prepared for it during your gigs
