Contrary to what that site would suggest, whether Lindsay Lohan is capable of making different facial expressions is rather inconsequential. This SNL sketch does a good job of making this point…

Did you see that “Us Weekly” magazine cover that said something like “Find out Lindsay Lohan’s diet secrets!” Her diet secret is that she has an eating disorder-bulimia. Brutal!
