And the bass keeps droning, droning…Day 6

Boy, it’s been a long day listening to low frequencies…however, I must say that the end result has been quite satisfying. Today, we worked on Another Game and Land of the Blind. We start the final two bass tracks tomorrow!

Making this record has really forced us to pay attention to each part we play - which is a good thing…every note and accent is that much more important when it comes to recording since unlike playing live, we’d actually be listening to the same thing over and over again whenever we put that CD to play! It’s been good having many critical ears and helpful suggestions from my fellow sheep and Rick.

I’m sure listening to each other’s parts will also be useful in the future as well :-)…and those things my theory teacher was talking about…I guess they are important after all!

Got to catch some zzz’s before tomorrow…
