You need to chill out a little bit! Now granted, I was in FULL ROUGHRIDER REGALIA, with my face well painted and everything…but still…do you really need to threaten to kill me?
When the Lions went up 34-16, it looked like it was over. Naturally I was very excited when the Riders scored to get themselves a little bit closer. But apparently a bunch of ugly dudes from Surrey think that they own the stadium. These idiots were throwing ice, napkins, and debris at me. Their lead idiot was also threatening to throw his beer at me…which would have been quite the feat, since he was 8 rows away!!! When their drunken friend threatened me, he didn’t realize that there was a security guard right behind him! His ass got thrown outta there! HAhaha!
Hopefully the Riders will be back in town for the Western Final, and I’ll be able to go cheer for the Green and White again. This time, I hope that the Lions fans remember that in Canada you can cheer for whatever team you want to without people threatening violence. After all, it’s just a game!

Tink, I wasn’t dancing in the aisles or doing anything that any “normal” BC Lions fan wouldn’t do. I was just enjoying the game. In fact, I was having a nice chat with some people who are season ticket holders. A target on my ass? Hardly. And since I was there with a group of 20 other people, the only asses kicked would’ve been those from Surrey.
