Summer time!

Sweet! Summer is finally here! Although, I’m actually glad that it was cool last week, b/c my office at work is like an easy-bake oven. It gets so stinkin’ hot in there! My thermometer gives out at 28 degrees, and yesterday when I got there, it had already given out!

So, we played 3 tunes at the FBC Variety show last night (Dark, Let Go, and Fade). I think we played really well, even though the crowd was not a typical sheep crowd! I did see JF sitting near the back, she was digging it, so that was pretty cool. I don’t know how the rest of the show went after us, because I had to leave as soon as we got off stage.

I’m taking a motorbike course, and it started last night at 7:00 pm, same time as the show did! So, I got there a little bit late. Which was fine, b/c when I got there he was still explaining to people what all the little buttons do on the motorbike.

I’ll be back out there this pm, but first, I think I’ll go sit outside, read, and soak up some sunlight. Maybe have a coffee or 8 too. The only thing that sucks is I’ll be riding in a parking lot this afternoon, when it’s 30 degrees out. I’ve already done all of the parking lot practice, so I’m really looking fwd. to getting out on the road in a group. Oh well….patience….
